LD Digital Expos is primarily a marketplace, exhibition and discovery platform. We showcase businesses, products, services, catalogues and other information supplied or presented by exhibitors and other parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, LD Digital Expos and Latest.Directory do not own, manufacture, stock, supply or sell the products or services displayed on the website.
2. No Product or Service Guarantee
We do not provide any guarantee, warranty or representation regarding the quality, safety, authenticity, legality, availability, performance, durability, suitability, merchantability, pricing or fitness for a particular purpose of any product or service displayed by an independent exhibitor. Any description, image, specification, price, claim, certificate, business detail or promotional statement belongs to the party that supplied it and should be independently checked before relying on it.
3. Exhibitor Responsibility
Each exhibitor is responsible for the accuracy of its own information and for complying with applicable laws, licences, product standards, advertising requirements, taxes, warranties, refunds, delivery obligations and customer-service responsibilities. Exhibitors should provide truthful and up-to-date information and should not use the platform for unlawful or misleading activity.
4. Buyer / Visitor Responsibility
Visitors should independently investigate a business and its offering before making a payment, placing an order, sharing sensitive information or entering into a contract. Confirm the identity of the seller, product specifications, price, taxes, delivery terms, return or refund policy, warranties and any required regulatory approvals directly with the relevant exhibitor.
5. Business Results Are Not Guaranteed
We work to create a strong and useful marketplace and to provide exhibitors with meaningful visibility. However, no exhibition or marketplace can honestly guarantee sales, enquiries, leads, orders, revenue, profit or recovery of an exhibitor's participation cost. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including demand, pricing, product quality, competition, buyer decisions, seasonality, market conditions and the exhibitor's own response to enquiries. Our objective is to make participation commercially valuable; outcomes will vary by business.
6. Third-Party Transactions
Any purchase, sale, quotation, delivery, payment, refund, warranty, service agreement or other transaction between a visitor and an exhibitor is between those parties. LD Digital Expos is not a party to that transaction unless expressly stated in writing. We are not responsible for disputes, non-delivery, defective goods, service failures, payment issues, refunds, warranties or other losses arising from independent third-party transactions.
7. Information Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to operate the marketplace professionally, but information can change and errors can occur. Website content should not be treated as an independent certification of an exhibitor, product or service. If something is commercially important, confirm it directly with the relevant exhibitor before acting on it.
8. External Links
The website may link to independent websites or communication channels. We do not control those third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, security, policies, products, services or business practices.
9. Platform Operation
We reserve the right to edit, suspend, remove, restrict or decline content, exhibitor participation or access where we consider it necessary for platform operation, safety, legal compliance, quality control or the interests of the marketplace.
